Job Description: HR Specialist - Payroll & Recruitment

Location: Jubail, KSA

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Facilitate the recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain employee records related to payroll and recruitment activities, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and recruitment processes.
Assist in developing policies and procedures related to HR functions, with a focus on improving efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Prepare and analyze payroll and recruitment reports to inform management decisions.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in payroll and recruitment practices.
Participate in HR projects aimed at improving the employee experience and contributing to a positive work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD, PHR) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws applicable in Bahrain.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and recruitment.
Proven track record of managing payroll systems and recruitment processes in a corporate environment.
Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
