About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a motivated and insightful UX Researcher to join our team. This isn’t just about research — it’s about delivering actionable insights that shape the user experience in meaningful ways. You’ll work closely with our designers and business strategists, using your research to guide decision-making and ensure that we create products that not only look great but also work seamlessly for users. Key Responsibilities:

Lead user research efforts from start to finish: define research objectives, design research plans, recruit participants, conduct interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure that user insights are integrated into the design process.
Translate complex user needs and behaviors into clear insights and actionable recommendations that impact product direction and design decisions.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
Provide regular insights reports, summarizing research findings, key themes, and opportunities for design improvement.
Develop personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs and pain points.
Ensure user research is aligned with business objectives, ensuring that the user experience and business goals are in harmony.

Ideal Candidate:

3-5 years of experience in UX research or a similar field, ideally in a design consultancy or tech environment.
Proven experience in conducting a wide range of user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex research findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and methodical in research execution, yet able to see the bigger picture.
Passionate about understanding user behavior and turning those insights into practical design solutions.
