Challenges you would face

Own and deliver complex product features from end to end across backend and frontend components
Design and build robust, fault-tolerant systems for real-time financial operations
Collaborate across teams, including Design, Product, and Operations, to ensure cohesive product delivery
Balance speed and quality effectively to meet goals without sacrificing performance
Drive improvements in system architecture, tech stack, and team processes through open feedback and iteration
