Position : Business Development Representative (BDR)

Working Schedule : 8am-4pm CST

Salary Range :$1400 - $1700/ USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to support a sales consulting company specializing in decorated apparel providers. In this role, you will spearhead outbound sales efforts (mainly via phone outreach), playing a pivotal role in scaling business operations and generating new opportunities. BDR will be scheduling calls for these print shop owners to see the coaching, academy and CRM solution.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound phone sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
Build and manage lead lists.
Conduct cold phone outreach ensuring high activity levels.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Manage inbound leads and schedule appointments.
Target warm leads that are engaging with our content.
Consistently schedule multiple appointments per week.
Contribute to continuous improvement by refining outreach strategies and techniques.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in BDR roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and a neutral or US-acceptable accent.
Highly driven and determined, with the ability to thrive in the BDR "grind."
Familiarity with outbound sales tools like CRM’s - specifically High Level.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while effectively supporting two distinct business lines.
