Account Director - Brazil

Overview

Our client is a global leader in intelligence solutions, serving over 1,900 clients worldwide and generating more than $300M in sales annually. They are seeking an Account Director to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing customers while acquiring new business. This role requires expertise in enterprise sales, particularly in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or information security sectors, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and channel partners to deliver impactful solutions.

Challenges you would face

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory, ensuring long-term success and expansion
Identify and execute opportunities for upgrades, cross-sells, and contract renewals at increased ARR rates
Partner with internal teams to ensure customers realize expected value
Serve as the primary contact for clients, building trust and influence at all organizational levels
Prospect and acquire new clients, aligning their needs with the company’s cybersecurity solutions
Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiations and deal closures
Leverage market insights to position solutions competitively
Collaborate with channel partners to expand the sales pipeline
Develop and present proposals aligned with customer objectives
Apply methodologies like MEDDIC and Value-Based Selling to influence decisions and close deals
Track and update opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining accurate forecasts

The ideal candidate

Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, with a focus on new business acquisition in enterprise cybersecurity, SaaS, or information security
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through both existing accounts and new client acquisition
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including threat intelligence and security operations
Experience working with security-focused channel partners to drive growth
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities

Plus

Familiarity with MEDDIC or Value-Based Selling methodologies
Experience creating go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
