Salary Range: $188,000 – $245,000 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY

The Southwest Regional Vice President will provide strategic leadership across multiple branches within the region, balancing operational execution with revenue growth. This executive will oversee regional business development, client relationships, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while building and mentoring high-performing teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the VP will play a critical role in shaping regional strategy and ensuring scalable, sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead regional operational strategy and execution, driving both revenue growth and margin improvement.
Oversee multiple branch operations, ensuring performance targets, service standards, and profitability goals are achieved.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching, training, and succession planning.
Implement process improvements, technology solutions, and operational dashboards for efficiency and scalability.
Champion workplace safety, compliance, and adherence to regional regulations across all locations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to foster long-term business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of multi-site operational leadership experience, ideally in construction, environmental services, HVAC, or restoration.
Proven track record of P&L management with demonstrated financial performance improvement.
Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
Knowledge of Southwest regional regulations and safety requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Southwest region.
