Parker Stewart is urgently seeking an experience Production Manager for a leading Life Science company based in Dublin West.

The successful candidate will lead an established production team to deliver efficient, safe and products on time. You work to deliver production targets while adhering to company principles and uphold quality standards. You will work closely with the other areas of the business to deliver improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to companyPrinciples: Maintain and foster a culture that aligns with Saint-Gobain's values, ethics, and standards of conduct.

Ensure Process Efficiency: Oversee production processes, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and overall production goals.

Support Cleanroom Supervisor: Assist in meeting daily production targets by providing guidance and resolving any issues.

Assign Workload: Allocate daily tasks to production team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Process Improvements: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance production capacity, quality, and overall efficiency.

Training & Development: Organize training programs in partnership with HR to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Investigate & Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with Quality Team: Work closely with the Quality Team to ensure products meet the required specifications and customer expectations.

Support Quality Systems: Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute towards maintaining high-quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to ensure a positive, productive environment that aligns with company principles.

Experience:

5+ years experience as a production manager in life science preferable from a medical device background
Degree qualified in science or business
Proven track record in a lean environment managing shift staff and supervisors
Excellent understanding of quality and it’s importance
Strong team builder with the ability to manage wider stakeholders.
