Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer with expertise in architecture and construction. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing various aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, are completed on time, and align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
Resolve issues that may arise during construction and maintain efficient communication with all parties involved.
Conduct site inspections and oversee the quality of work being performed.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of project team members.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Architectural) or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering within the architecture or construction industry.
Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Proven track record of successful project completion on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
