Key Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes,
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction,
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver seamless projects,
Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers regarding contracts and pricing,
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable business growth,
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales and project management,
Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills,
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines,
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a customer focus,
Fluency in English (spoken and written),
Previous experience in the automotive or similar manufacturing industry is an advantage.
