Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments
Uphold and elevate guest experience standards in alignment with wellness and luxury positioning
Collaborate with department heads (F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Front Office) to ensure smooth functioning
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and quality assurance across services
Lead recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability protocols
Liaise with ownership and senior leadership on strategic planning and reporting

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in managing operations at premium standalone resorts or wellness retreats
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a hands-on approach
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest engagement strategies
Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization
