Overview

Our client is hiring an AI Specialist based in Latin America (remote) to lead end‑to‑end development of AI solutions across a luxury fashion brand portfolio. The role is builder‑first and impact‑oriented, shipping fast MVPs for showroom automation and high‑quality marketing content while integrating AI into core operations to drive measurable efficiency and revenue gains

Challenges you would face

Build and launch an AI Hostess agent MVP for showrooms within 90 days
Create a repeatable AI content pipeline for images and video aligned to brand aesthetics
Integrate AI systems with the CRM and internal workflows using Python, APIs, Zapier, and N8N
Track, measure, and optimize AI performance across customer touchpoints
Scale AI across marketing, sales, and operations to deliver measurable business impact within 6–12 months

The ideal candidate

5–8 years of experience in AI, automation, or applied software development
Strong Python skills with hands‑on API integration experience
Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier and N8N
Practical experience with AI tools including OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs
Proven ability to independently ship projects and MVPs quickly
Fluent English communication and ability to collaborate asynchronously across time zones

Plus

Background in luxury, fashion, or premium consumer brands
Experience instrumenting analytics for model and pipeline performance
Familiarity with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM platforms
Trajectory toward leadership in AI, product, or innovation
