As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you'll be an essential part of a driven, supportive team, offering clients trusted advice and tailored solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is sales-savvy, customer-focused, and motivated by both personal and professional development.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing clients with clear, personalized insurance solutions based on their needs
Educating customers on policy options and helping them make confident decisions
Reaching and exceeding monthly performance targets through proactive outreach
Managing client interactions with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment

What You Bring

A valid OTL or RIBO license (mandatory)
Previous sales experience, ideally in financial services or insurance
LLQP license is an asset but not required at time of hire
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
A strong sense of professionalism, initiative, and integrity
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Burlington, ON. Remote work is not available for this position. Training and support will be provided for licensed candidates.
