The Role

As an Architect, you will:

Assist on full life-cycle architectural projects, from concept through construction.
Drive creative solutions for complex, high-end Residential projects.
Collaborate with a skilled, friendly team of architects, heritage consultants, and designers.
Generate innovative design solutions within project parameters.
Translate design concepts into compelling images and documents.
Develop detailed construction documents and support contract administration.
Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.
Contribute to project deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

RIBA Chartered Architect status.
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience within the UK architectural industry.
Strong background in high-end private residential projects, ideally with Conservation focus.
Technical competence and proven site experience.
Experience leading teams and managing project finances.
Proficiency in Revit BIM and AutoCAD, software.
Strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
