Summary

As a Project Manager specialized in ERP implementations, you will lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. You will drive efficiency, manage stakeholder relationships, and uphold high-quality standards across all phases of ERP deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage both internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver results.
Facilitate steering committee and executive-level stakeholder meetings; provide updated status, escalations, and mitigation plans.
Monitor project progress and quality, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, including communications with clients, technical teams, and leadership.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation—plans, status reports, risk logs, lessons learned.
Apply project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and tools such as MS Project or JIRA.

Professional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects.
Demonstrated experience delivering ERP projects (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Proficient in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.
Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
English fluent (German is a plus).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
