Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tester/ Quality Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Quality Engineer to design and execute testing strategies for the upgrade and cloud migration project. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM testing, including UI, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for Dynamics 365 v9.1.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing post-upgrade.
Validate customizations, workflows, and plugins post-migration.
Work closely with developers, architects, and project teams to ensure quality.
Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

6–8 years of QA/testing experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience in testing Dynamics 365 upgrades and cloud migrations.
Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman).
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
