Senior Performance Marketer / Creative Strategist

About the Company

We are a fast growing men’s grooming brand focused on high performing, confidence boosting products such as Concealing Cream+, TanDrops+, and more. We operate as a lean, high velocity team (8 people) with a strong emphasis on direct response marketing, creative iteration, and rapid testing.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a senior level performance marketer with deep experience in DTC e commerce and direct response creatives. This role blends performance marketing and creative strategy, with an emphasis on performance marketing.

You will manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, build and refine our creative testing roadmap, collaborate with creators and designers, and be directly responsible for our ROAS and CPA targets. This is a core role in the company with full ownership of performance marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Meta Ads and TikTok Ads: Manage and scale high performance campaigns on our primary platforms.
Optimization: Optimize continuously for ROAS and CPA.
Analysis: Analyze performance dashboards (Triple Whale, Meta, Shopify) to guide strategy.
Budget Management: Manage testing and scaling budgets effectively.

Creative Strategy

Creative Pipeline: Create, refine, and iterate UGC scripts, hooks, angles, and briefs.
Roadmaps: Build weekly creative testing roadmaps.
Iteration: Analyze winning ads and develop structured iteration frameworks.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UGC creators, designers, and editors.
Freelancer Management: Manage external creative freelancers and ensure consistent, high quality output.

Collaboration & Leadership

Reporting: Report directly to the founder.
Team Management: Manage our designers, video editors, marketers, etc.
Feedback Loops: Maintain a high frequency creative pipeline with rapid feedback loops.
Ownership: Bring structure, strategy, and ownership to all performance efforts.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

Senior level experience in performance marketing for DTC e commerce.
Proven track record scaling paid campaigns on Meta & TikTok.
Strong foundation in direct response marketing.
Deep understanding of customer psychology, hooks, and ad level storytelling.
Strong analytical ability with tools such as: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Triple Whale, and Shopify.
Experience writing scripts, briefs, hooks, and creative angles.
Comfortable managing creative team and freelancers.
Excellent English copywriting skills.
