Overview:
We are hiring an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-growing business in the media and creative sector. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something exciting and mission-driven. You’ll be the Founder’s trusted right hand — managing their schedule, communications, travel, and supporting a wide range of personal and professional tasks.
This is not just a desk job — you’ll be hands-on in the business, helping to keep operations running smoothly and making a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage complex calendars and appointments
Arrange domestic and international travel, bookings, and itineraries
Act as the first point of contact, handling emails, WhatsApp, and other messages on the Founder’s behalf
Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and documents
Liaise with team members, external partners, and stakeholders professionally and efficiently
Take ownership of administrative tasks, follow-ups, and reminders
Support with personal errands and last-minute needs as required
Be actively involved in daily business operations and projects

What We’re Looking For:

Based in Dubai (must already reside in the UAE)
Full UAE driving license and own car (essential)
Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Discreet and professional with the ability to handle confidential matters
Excellent English (written and spoken); Arabic is a bonus but not required
Tech-savvy, with strong experience using productivity tools, email, and calendars
Background in media, creative, or start-up environments is a plus
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently without constant supervision
Hands-on, can-do attitude, and genuinely excited to be part of a growing brand
