Job Specification – Voyage Brand Ambassador (Freelance)

Overview

We are seeking passionate and polished Voyage Brand Ambassadors to represent our partner brands onboard luxury cruise ships worldwide. Acting as the face of the brand during scheduled voyages, you will deliver engaging activations, drive sales opportunities, and create memorable guest experiences that reflect the prestige of the brand you represent.

This freelance opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong presentation skills, a flair for storytelling, and a background in luxury retail, events, or brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand onboard with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Host brand activations, trunk shows, and special events in collaboration with onboard retail teams.
Deliver engaging product storytelling and live presentations to enhance guest knowledge and excitement.
Build relationships with guests, converting engagement into sales opportunities.
Provide training and product knowledge support to onboard retail teams as required.
Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and promotional guidelines are consistently upheld.
Collect feedback and provide post-voyage reports on guest engagement, sales impact, and activation success.

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury retail, events, brand representation, or hospitality.
Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse, international guests.
Confident in delivering presentations and engaging in one-to-one client conversations.
Well-presented with a keen sense of style that reflects luxury brand values.
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with shipboard teams.
Availability to travel and live onboard for the duration of assigned voyages.

Preferred

Experience hosting luxury trunk shows, activations, or promotional events.
Knowledge of fine jewelry, watches, fashion, beauty or premium spirits/wines.
Multilingual ability (highly valued but not required).

Contract & Benefits

Freelance assignment onboard selected voyages (short to medium term).
