Overview

Our client is a growing luxury retail brand seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the development and execution of its people strategy. This role covers recruitment, training, and culture initiatives to build a cohesive, high-performing team across geographies. Structured as a contractor position with flexibility to transition to full-time, the role offers the opportunity to shape HR foundations and directly impact company growth.

Challenges you would face

Leading end-to-end recruitment, with emphasis on U.S.-based sales roles
Developing sourcing strategies tailored to high-end retail and fashion talent pools
Managing a smooth and professional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding
Building and implementing onboarding and training programs across departments
Identifying development needs and designing scalable training initiatives
Centralizing and documenting performance management frameworks
Designing and executing the company’s first formal culture strategy to foster belonging across dispersed teams
Driving employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and recognition programs
Conducting check-ins, stay interviews, and exit interviews to inform HR initiatives

The ideal candidate

5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or senior HR role
Proven track record managing recruitment, training, and culture programs
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Experience implementing HR processes in fast-growing environments

Plus

Experience supporting U.S.-based employees and familiarity with U.S. employment regulations
