Account Manager / Customer Success Manager (Amazon Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Account Manager / Customer Success Manager with deep Amazon expertise to manage client communications and project execution for Amazon launch services. This is a critical role in a fast-paced digital agency, ensuring clients experience smooth launches, professional support, and consistent communication.

The role involves coordinating across global clients and teams, requiring flexibility with EST business hours (8am–5pm) and the ability to respond outside of typical working hours when needed (especially for international clients such as those in the UAE).

You will be trained by senior leadership and supported by the outgoing Account Manager during transition, but are expected to quickly become the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates and proactive support.
- Maintain strong, clear, and professional communication in fluent English (near-native preferred).
- Build trust with clients through responsiveness, consistency, and proactive problem solving.
Amazon Launch & Project Management
- Oversee client onboarding and guide clients through the Amazon launch process.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to maintain smooth execution.
High-Touch Customer Success
- Anticipate client needs and provide quick solutions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, including occasional after-hours client requests.
- Ensure long-term satisfaction and retention through a proactive, consultative approach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with senior leadership and internal teams to refine launch processes.
- Support client escalations, troubleshooting, and coaching where needed.
- Leverage tools like Slack and project management systems to keep communication organized.

Requirements

Experience

4+ years in account management or customer success, preferably in the Amazon seller ecosystem.
Background in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon launch management, or ex-Amazon Seller Support experience is strongly preferred.

Skills

English proficiency: Native-level or near-native fluency required (written and spoken).
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Proactive, responsive, and adaptable to a demanding client environment.
Strong familiarity with Slack or similar communication tools.

Location & Availability

Candidates based in Latin America or South Africa.
Must be available during EST working hours (8am–5pm EST) with flexibility for late responses when required.
