Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital marketing services—especially SEO—and a proven ability to close deals, build relationships, and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business in digital marketing and SEO.
Identify, prospect, and close clients across various industries.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for new clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align client needs with agency offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and general digital marketing services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of sales/business development experience in a digital marketing or SEO-focused environment.
Established network of potential clients and business connections.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
