The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Social Media Designer to support our fast-paced content production. This is a crucial, full-time remote role for a creative professional who is an expert in a high-volume environment. Your portfolio and work samples matter more than anything else, and we'll be looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for creating, polishing, and delivering high-quality graphics for social media platforms, ensuring all designs align with existing brand guidelines. This role requires efficiency, creativity, and the ability to execute at scale with minimal supervision in a highly automated, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver 200–400 social media posts per month across multiple platforms.
Ensure designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and optimized for each platform.
Provide quick turnarounds (12–24 hours) on client requests and urgent asset needs.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members via Slack for seamless communication.
Maintain organized design files and ensure the reusability of templates in Figma.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a social media designer or in a similar role.
Strong Figma proficiency and the ability to work within pre-established brand systems.
A portfolio showcasing a high volume of social media design work.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Skills

Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

Location & Hours

This is a remote, offshore role based in South Africa or Latin America.
The work schedule is flexible and asynchronous, but requires 3-4 hours of overlap with EST/PST to facilitate collaboration with our New York-based client.
