Salary & Package: 22,000 AED per month (approx) + private apartment + car

Overview:

A wonderful, busy family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a warm, fun, organised, and switched-on Governess to oversee the daily lives of their three school-aged children. All children attend school full-time, and this is a fully staffed household. The role focuses on academic support, routine coordination, travel, and nurturing the overall development of the children.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Governess who loves variety, is confident running a busy household calendar, and enjoys being actively involved in children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic support, school liaison, and homework supervision
Manage and coordinate after-school activities and social calendars
Travel planning and packing for the children
Support day-to-day routines and ensure consistency
Liaise with household staff to ensure children’s needs are met
Travel with the family when required (international travel involved)
Light cooking or baking with the children on occasion
Keep up to date with current trends and interests (e.g. TikTok, social media, age-appropriate tech)

What We’re Looking For:

Native English speaker
Valid driving licence
Positive, proactive, and confident in managing multiple schedules
A Governess children genuinely enjoy spending time with children
Someone who brings energy and fun to the household, while maintaining structure
Great communicator with a warm but professional approach
Previous experience in a similar high-profile role is essential
Open to international travel and flexible with changing plans
