Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and engaging potential clients (founders, VCs, executives).
Sourcing and headhunting top talent in crypto & blockchain.
Cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social platforms to generate new business.
Attending conferences and networking events to build relationships.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: business development, candidate search, interviews, and placement.
Building your personal brand as a trusted recruiter in crypto.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales or business development experience (B2B or B2C).
Track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Confident communicator—comfortable on the phone, in meetings, and at events.
Resilient, driven, and able to handle rejection.
Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine hunger to succeed.
Interest in crypto and blockchain (no technical expertise required, but curiosity is essential).
