💼 About the Role

We’re partnering with LTVplus to help our client—a leading business automation company—hire a Full-Time Solution Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll help businesses optimize their workflows using DocuXplorer, a powerful document management platform that simplifies compliance, improves access to information, and supports operational efficiency.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and highlight the business value and ROI of the platform. While technical understanding is helpful, the focus here is on client success, sales consulting, and helping users get the most from DocuXplorer in a non-technical, easy-to-understand way.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Build relationships with clients to understand their operations and business pain points
Guide them through the DocuXplorer platform and demonstrate how it solves real workflow challenges
Deliver product demos that speak to efficiency, ROI, and ease of use
Help clients adopt and integrate new document workflows
Identify opportunities to expand usage and increase customer value
Act as a trusted advisor—not a programmer—by showing how DocuXplorer fits into daily operations

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
A user-focused understanding of SaaS or workflow software (you don’t need to code, but you should understand the product deeply)
Experience in sales consulting, solution design, or business process improvement
Confidence in speaking about business impact, efficiency, and change management
A self-motivated, proactive approach to remote work

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with document management platforms (DocuXplorer or similar)
Background in software demonstrations, SaaS consulting, or process training
Prior success helping clients adopt digital tools or systems

Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Schedule: Flexible, client-facing hours as needed
Compensation: $1,499–$1,800 USD/month
