Position: Microsoft Dynamics Platform Lead

Parker Stewart are partnering with a leading housing organisation organisation who are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Platform Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be on a hybrid basis.

A key function for this role will be playing an integral part of a strategic transformation by migrating core business applications to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Duties:

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business-critical applications
Lead development, enhancements, and integrations for Dynamics and third-party systems to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business needs
Mentor and guide the internal application support team, building capabilities and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture
Serve as the primary technical liaison for business stakeholders, managing incident resolution, change control, and BAU (business-as-usual) support
Ensure governance, compliance, and documentation across the application landscape, including data protection, security, licensing, and vendor management

Experience / Qualifications:

Excellent experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead, Consultant, Architect, or Senior Developer
Solid experience managing or supporting enterprise application portfolios, including third-party SaaS and on-prem systems
Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure
Experience in system architecture, integration, and lifecycle management
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams and engage effectively with stakeholders
Dynamics 365 certifications, familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices highly desirable
