Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic vision for the digital assets division, aligning with overall corporate goals.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of product, engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations professionals to deliver innovative blockchain solutions.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with regulators, industry bodies, investors, and strategic partners.
Drive business development initiatives, identify new revenue streams, and oversee merger & acquisition opportunities.
Ensure robust risk management, compliance, and security frameworks for all digital asset activities.
Represent the organization at conferences, media engagements, and industry events to promote brand leadership.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of the sector.
Report to the Board of Directors on performance metrics, financial results, and strategic milestones.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a strong plus.
Demonstrated expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and tokenized assets.
Proven track record of senior leadership (C‑suite or equivalent) within high‑growth technology or fintech environments.
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing digital assets in the UK and EU.

Desired Experience

10–20 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Hands‑on experience scaling technology‑driven businesses, preferably within the crypto or fintech sectors.
Successful experience leading cross‑functional teams of 50+ members.
History of delivering profitable growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
Established network of industry contacts, investors, and regulators.
