Description
As a Kitchen Intern, you will be immersed in the daily operations of a high-end gastronomic kitchen. You will support the culinary team in food preparation, mise en place, and service, while gaining hands-on experience in a refined and disciplined working environment. Under the guidance of experienced chefs, you will develop technical skills, product knowledge, and a strong understanding of precision and teamwork.

Requirements

Culinairy student of graduated in culinairy arts
A passion for fine dining
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high quality in all creations
Ability to handle multi tasks effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

Assisting the kitchen team with daily mise en place and food preparation
Supporting chefs during service while maintaining high standards of quality and precision
Handling ingredients with care and respect for product, seasonality, and technique
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene according to HACCP standards
Learning and applying classic and modern cooking techniques under supervision
Contributing to an efficient and disciplined kitchen workflow
Demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn
