Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Assistant to the MD to provide direct support in managing strategic priorities, business operations, and leadership communication. This high-impact role goes beyond administration — it involves partnering with the MD to drive organizational efficiency, ensuring critical projects and decisions move forward seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to the MD, coordinating priorities across multiple business functions.
Prepare and review business reports, presentations, and dashboards for decision-making.
Facilitate effective communication between the MD and senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders.
Track progress on key initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
Provide analytical inputs and conduct business research as required by the MD.
Represent the MD in meetings when required and ensure confidentiality of sensitive matters.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA with 3–8 years’ experience in supporting CXO/MD level in manufacturing/FMCG/agro or related industries.
Strong business understanding with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve.
Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
High integrity, discretion, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
