Description
As a Pastry & Chocolate Intern at Chocolatier M, you will join a team dedicated to creating exquisite chocolates, confections, and pastries. You will gain hands-on experience in crafting high-quality chocolate products, learning tempering, molding, decoration, and plating techniques. This internship provides a unique opportunity to combine pastry skills with artisan chocolate craftsmanship in a creative, professional environment.

Requirements

Culinairy student or graduate from a recognized hospitality or culinairy school.
Strong cooking skills and a genuine passion for pastry and fine dining.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Effective team player committed to maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Assisting with daily preparation of desserts, pastries, and plated sweets
Supporting mise en place for service, including weighing, mixing, and organizing ingredients
Following recipes and instructions accurately under the supervision of pastry chefs
Helping with plating and presentation during service
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry section
Learning classical and modern pastry techniques from the team
Collaborating with the kitchen team and adapting to a professional workflow
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team
