About Hertog Jan**

Hertog Jan is a two-Michelin-starred restaurant where contemporary gastronomy, creativity and craftsmanship come together. Led by Chef Gert De Mangeleer, the restaurant is recognised for its distinctive culinary identity, refined techniques and deep respect for exceptional ingredients.
