Description

As a Kitchen intern, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Europe’s leading fine-dining kitchens. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team, learning and supporting the preparation, mise en place, and service at a Michelin-star level. This traineeship provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills, discipline, and creativity in an ambitious and supportive environment.

Requirements

Culinary student or graduate from a recognized hospitality/culinary school.
Strong passion for fine dining and gastronomy.
Ability to work under pressure with discipline and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a professional team.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Flexible, team-minded, and motivated.
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily preparation and mise en place under the supervision of senior chefs.
Execute assigned tasks in a specific kitchen section with precision and consistency.
Learn to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and efficiency.
Support the team during service to ensure flawless execution of dishes.
Participate in menu preparations, product knowledge sessions, and tastings.
