Position : Financial and Operations Specialist

Work Hours (Client) : 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, Mon-Fri

Pay Range : $1500 - $2200 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Latin America

Work Location : REMOTE

Type of Contract : Independent Contractor

Company/Client Overview:

A residential landscaping and snow removal company based in the Chicagoland area. With over $1M in annual revenue and plans for expansion into commercial services, we are focused on building a strong operational foundation and professional client experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle payroll, invoicing, and bookkeeping
Manage scheduling of jobs, routes, and service appointments
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone and email)
Coordinate with field staff, providing bilingual communication as needed
Support setup and management of CRM, sales funnels, and digital tools
Assist with building and maintaining the company’s online presence (website, Google My Business, customer reviews)
Prepare reports and maintain organized administrative records
Assist with ad hoc tasks when needed

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience: 5+ years of related experience

Bachelor’s degree required
5-8 years of professional experience in finance related roles
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in client communications and team coordination
Experience with payroll, invoicing, and general administrative systems
Comfortable learning and implementing digital tools (CRM, marketing funnels)
Self-starter with the ability to adapt in a small-business environment
