Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist in the Petrochemicals/Oil & Gas sector to join our team. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the petrochemicals or oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our oilfield chemicals and services to potential clients.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the petrochemical and oil & gas sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and expand professional connections.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the petrochemical or oil & gas sector.
Strong understanding of petrochemical products and their applications in the industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
