Now, we’re hiring a Business Development Associate to join our team and work directly with our Founder. This is an entry-level role with big exposure — from client meetings to international expos.

What You’ll Do

Follow up on warm leads (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and secure meetings with decision-makers.
Support the Founder in meetings and business trips, ensuring smooth execution.
Join us at the Biban Expo in November (Saudi Arabia) — man the booth, engage visitors, and represent the company professionally.
Occasionally travel to the GCC (and potentially beyond).
Assist in content creation (helping record short video clips, asking questions on camera).
Handle office tasks, from preparing guest hospitality to coordinating events and print materials.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English & Arabic with strong communication skills.
Confident, presentable, and eager to engage executives.
Comfortable making calls at odd hours (U.S. time zones).
Persistent, professional, and “sales-obsessed.”
Culturally aware of Jordan, GCC, and U.S. business norms.
A fast learner with a “can-do” mentality.

Compensation

500 JOD/month (gross) starting salary.
Discretionary commissions on performance.
