Description

As a Intern Assistant Maître, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Europe’s leading fine-dining restaurants. Working closely with the Chef Maître, you will learn about wine service, pairings, and guest interaction at Michelin-star level. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your wine knowledge, palate, and service skills in a refined and ambitious environment.

Requirements

Culinary student or graduate from a recognized hospitality/culinary school.
Strong passion for fine dining and gastronomy.
Ability to work under pressure with discipline and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a professional team.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Flexible, team-minded, and motivated.
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily preparation and organization of the wine and beverage service.
Support Chef Maître during service.
Learn to advise guests on wine selections and wine pairings under supervision.
Help maintain proper storage, handling, and inventory.
Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and service-driven atmosphere.
