BIM Coordinator at Leading Design Studio – Central London

You will play a pivotal role in shaping workflows, ensuring quality, and driving innovation in Revit and BIM processes.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day BIM coordination across multiple projects aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
Develop and maintain templates, libraries, and workflows to improve efficiency.
Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to project teams.
Perform audits, clash detection, and quality checks using Navisworks and Solibri.
Liaise with clients and external teams to ensure seamless BIM integration.
Oversee content stewardship, including family creation and template development.
Maintain documentation such as Revit Handbooks and BEP extracts.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in BIM/Revit coordination on live projects.
Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 processes and CDE platforms.
Expertise in family creation, template development, and Revit standards.
Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 and clash detection tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead training and mentor team members.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
