This role is about being the end-to-end leader of operations. You’d be the person who makes sure the company can actually deliver what it sells, reliably, efficiently, and at scale, as the startup grows globally.

The Director of Operations will:

Set the strategy for operations (how supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and after-sales work together to support growth).
Run the supply chain (forecasting demand, purchasing, vendor management, negotiating with suppliers).
Oversee manufacturing (internal + outsourced, ensuring high standards, ISO 9001 compliance, testing, quality control, lean/efficient processes).
Handle logistics (warehousing, shipping globally, ensuring cost-effective, on-time delivery).
Own after-sales support (repairs, replacements, service experience).
Lead people & vendors (build a team, manage external partners, enforce accountability, and set KPIs).

The Ideal Candidate

Senior operator with 10+ years in operations leadership, preferably in high-tech hardware/electronics.
Has built systems and scaled operations in a startup or high-growth environment.
Knows supply chain and manufacturing inside out (especially ISO standards, lean/continuous improvement).
Strong grasp of S&OP (sales & operations planning).
International experience (managing suppliers, logistics, and customers globally).
Strong communicator and leader, bilingual in French & English.
