Technical Specifications: Interpret and apply technical requirements for each decoration method, including sizing, placement, resolution, color profiles, and stitch or print limitations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, sales, and production staff to clarify project requirements and ensure smooth handoff to production.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks for accuracy in sizing, color matching, placement, and production specifications. Resolve issues proactively before artwork reaches production.
Workflow Management: Prioritize and manage multiple artwork projects daily, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
File Organization: Maintain organized digital archives, template libraries, and reference materials for efficiency and reuse.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline artwork preparation processes, reduce errors, and improve turnaround times.
