Director of Product Marketing

Overview

Our client is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing SaaS platform. This role focuses on driving measurable growth and conversion through acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align messaging, growth strategies, and commercial performance across all products and features.

Challenges you would face

Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for all products and new features
Define target audiences, value propositions, and key messaging for multiple customer segments
Develop full-funnel marketing strategies, from acquisition to retention
Build and optimize systems for paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, and onboarding journeys
Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks to guide scalable growth
Lead launch readiness efforts, coordinating campaigns, PR, and creative execution
Equip sales with effective pitch materials and competitive insights
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate across departments to align marketing and product objectives
Coach and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team, managing internal and external resources

The ideal candidate

10+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing or growth leadership
Proven success driving conversion and activation for subscription-based software
Strong experience managing affiliate programs and paid digital acquisition
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using attribution and measurement tools
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for positioning complex products
Demonstrated ability to build and scale product-led growth strategies
Experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing commercial direction
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving systems
