Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering sales teams to succeed. You’ll build scalable enablement programs, optimize processes, and ensure sales teams have the resources they need to drive consistent revenue growth.

This role is ideal for strategic operators who thrive on creating structure, driving adoption, and enabling teams to hit targets faster.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement sales onboarding, training, and enablement programs
Create and maintain playbooks, collateral, and best practices to improve team productivity
Evaluate and optimize sales tools, tech stack, and processes to increase efficiency
Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted solutions
Track enablement metrics and KPIs to measure program impact
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to align messaging and workflows
Serve as a key resource for sales reps and managers, ensuring they have what they need to excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in English is mandatory
3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related role (SaaS or B2B preferred)
Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful enablement programs
Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and performance drivers
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with CRM and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, Gong) is a plus
