What You Will Do

The Associate Commercialization Manager will play a key support role in bringing new products to market. This role will own the artwork process from start to finish—managing packaging files, vendor coordination, and approvals—while also running all co-manufacturer meetings and driving follow-up to keep projects on track.
This person will work closely with the Commercialization Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPG project management, commercialization processes with a strong understanding on graphics/packaging development.

Responsibilities:

Artwork & Packaging Management: Lead the artwork process from dieline requests through printer approvals.
Coordinate with design, marketing, vendors, and printers to ensure files are accurate, on time, and aligned with brand standards.
Maintain version control and track all artwork updates.
Co-Manufacturer Meetings & Communication: Schedule, lead, and document all co-man meetings.
Drive follow-ups and ensure action items are completed.
Act as day-to-day liaison with co-mans on artwork, timelines, and production readiness.
Project Support: Support the Commercialization Manager in tracking project timelines and key milestones.
Help align internal teams (Marketing, Ops, QA, Sales) on artwork and co-man deliverables.
Provide status updates and flag risks or delays.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in packaging/artwork management, project coordination, or CPG commercialization (food/confectionery experience a plus).
Expertise with Graphics, Art and Design, and Production Workflow.
Experience in packaging production process, pre-press and printers.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and version control.
Comfortable leading meetings and following up with external partners.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools including Monday.com, Slack, and Excel; must be comfortable working in them daily.
