About the Company:

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Fire Extinguisher Technician to join our growing life safety team. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and installing portable fire extinguishers and related safety equipment in accordance with NFPA 10 and local codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, service, and maintain fire extinguishers at client sites.
Recharge, repair, and replace extinguishers as required.
Ensure all work meets NFPA 10 standards and AHJ requirements.
Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
Communicate clearly with clients and site contacts.
Identify additional safety needs and upsell products/services when appropriate.
Maintain inventory and service equipment in proper working order.
Support other fire protection service teams as needed.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience as a Fire Extinguisher Technician (preferred).
Knowledge of NFPA 10 and local fire safety codes.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Good communication and customer service skills.
State or local certification (if applicable) – preferred but not required; training provided.
