Your Job

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will join our incredible sales team and

drive adoption of our industry-leading platform and professional services. As part of the

SDR team, you'll both prospect cold calling and receive inbound marketing leads.

An ideal candidate will:

Your Responsibilities

Meet Inbound & Outbound Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) Quota

Meet Inbound and Outbound SQO Quota for sales qualified opportunities each quarter.
Report results and other outbound metrics each week.
Setup demo appointments through cold outreach.

Build a list of leads that are key decision makers to prospect

Use solutions such as Hubspot, Preqin, and Linkedin Sales Navigator to build these lists and perform outbound prospecting.
Outbound prospecting utilizing email, cold calling, and social selling on Linkedin.
Ask effective questions to investigate prospect needs.
Efficiently organize and develop prospects into set demos.

Investigate and qualify assigned leads

Build trust and rapport with potential prospects

Manage and track potential opportunities

Follow best practices in managing leads in various software programs.
Make notes of interactions with leads and keep record of them.
Practice best practices in CRM hygiene and updating contact records for accurate reporting.
Create tasks and processes to follow up with every lead effectively.

Who You Are

Strong understanding of B2B software products and the ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation tools such as HubSpot,
Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Docs, G Suite, and other similar platforms.
Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

At least 2 years+ experience as an SDR.

HubSpot experience directly tied to SDR activities (sequences, lists, tasks, etc.).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers and build relationships.
Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple leads and opportunities effectively.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Passion for technology.
1-2 years of experience in outbound prospecting.

Prior sales development experience.
Experience using Salesforce CRM, other prospecting tools such as Gong, Outreach.io, or DemandBase.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
