Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Diagnosis:

Identifying the root cause of hardware and software problems through diagnostic tools and techniques.

Hardware Repair and Replacement:
Replacing defective components like motherboards, power supplies, hard drives, or peripherals.

System Upgrades:
Installing and configuring hardware and software upgrades.

Documentation:
Creating detailed records of repairs, parts used, and actions taken to resolve issues.

Communication:
Clearly explaining technical issues to clients and providing updates on repair progress.

Inventory Management:
Maintaining an inventory of commonly used components for timely repairs.

Following Procedures:
Adhering to company policies and procedures for service delivery and documentation.

Collaboration:
Working with other technicians, help desk teams, or IT departments on complex issues.
