Professional Services Engineer

We’re assisting a leading security engineering team in hiring a Professional Services Engineer to help customers get the most out of their security tooling and stay ahead of attackers. This is a highly technical role at the intersection of problem-solving, customer engagement, and creative security engineering. You’ll work directly with global customers, guiding them through deployments, automating rollouts, and brainstorming new ways to detect and disrupt attackers. This team builds simple, powerful tools trusted by defenders around the world and is known for thoughtful engineering and excellent support. The ideal candidate has strong scripting skills, understands attacker behaviour, is comfortable across multiple OSes, and communicates well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a fully remote opportunity, with optional in-person collaboration in South Africa.
