Business Development Representative (BDR)

Overview

Our client is a mission-driven HealthTech company transforming how therapy practices deliver care through modern SaaS tools and systems. Their platform streamlines workflows, scheduling, and documentation for therapy professionals across the U.S. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Latin America to identify potential customers, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team, helping drive growth in new markets.

Challenges you would face

Conduct 80–120 outbound calls daily and reach over 200 prospects weekly
Identify, contact, and qualify leads using tools such as HubSpot, Lusha, and Smartlead
Engage with decision-makers from small and mid-sized therapy practices
Use discovery questions to align prospects with the company’s solutions
Book qualified demos for the Account Executive team
Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed notes in HubSpot
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve campaigns and outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed call, meeting, and pipeline contribution goals

The ideal candidate

1–2+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles
Proven success in high-volume cold calling environments
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs such as Salesforce
Familiarity with prospecting tools like Lusha, Smartlead, Apollo, or Salesloft
Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong follow-up, documentation, and time management skills

Plus

Experience in healthcare, therapy, or health tech industries
Previous experience in SaaS or B2B lead generation
Knowledge of therapy practice operations or healthcare systems
Familiarity with script-based or playbook-driven selling approaches
