What the job involves..

Prospecting and cold calling to open doors and build a healthy pipeline
Managing and tracking outreach in the CRM, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
Providing day-to-day sales support across the team and jumping in where needed
Representing the brand with confidence and care—on calls, over email and in meetings
Contributing to a growing organisation and helping shape scalable sales habits and processes

What you need to be considered..

3-5 years experience working with people—background in sales or customer service is required
Confident on the phone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic IT literacy; CRM experience is a plus
A detail-oriented, relationship-builder who enjoys a fast-moving, purposeful environment

Bonus points if you..

Have hands-on experience prospecting into B2B organisations
Thrive in early-stage teams and enjoy creating order from ambiguity
Can share examples of measurable pipeline impact (e.g., meetings booked, SQLs created)
