Software Implementation Specialist

Overview

Our client is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to bridge client requirements with internal execution for a next-generation low-code platform in the financial services industry. This hands-on role combines client-facing responsibilities with technical configuration, QA planning, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end implementations, translating business logic into functional workflows while leading a small cross-functional pod to ensure timely, high-quality launches.

Challenges you would face

Lead a cross-functional implementation pod across planning, execution, and launch
Coordinate capacity planning, sprint management, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery
Gather and translate client requirements into actionable platform configurations
Create, prioritize, and manage tasks in Linear or Notion, keeping backlogs accurate and up to date
Design, execute, and maintain QA plans, including test strategies, acceptance criteria, and regression suites
Configure workflows, business rules, and automations using internal low-code/no-code tools
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to validate feasibility and scope
Simulate client data and test edge cases to ensure quality and reliability before go-live
Oversee launch checklists, production monitoring, and post-launch support
Communicate progress, decisions, and configurations clearly through documentation and diagrams

The ideal candidate

Proven experience managing agile implementation cycles with strong task prioritization and planning skills
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms and API integrations
Ability to translate complex financial products into platform logic and configurations
Experience designing and executing QA plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
Comfortable working with basic SQL or JavaScript for configuration and validation
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Professional English proficiency for client communication and documentation

Plus

Experience implementing SaaS or configurable enterprise systems
Previous experience leading cross-functional teams as a Pod Manager or Implementation Manager
Background in fintech or financial product delivery environments
Ability to create flowcharts or visual documentation for process communication
Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
Strong bias for action, accountability, and results in fast-paced environments
