Role Summary

You’ll perform professional-level taping, mudding, finishing, and Level 4–5 touch-ups/punch on commercial interiors. Work includes tight timelines, clean finishes, and coordination with site leads.

Responsibilities

Prepare work areas (covering/containment, protection, layout).
Tape, mud, and finish to Level 4–5; feather, sand, and blend repairs.
Patch/skim coat; match textures; ready surfaces for primer/paint.
Install/finish corner bead, control joints; handle small hang/patch as needed.
Communicate with GC/foreman on sequencing, QC, and daily goals.
Work safely on ladders, planks, lifts, and scaffolds; maintain a clean site.

Requirements

2+ years verifiable drywall finishing/taping (commercial preferred).
Demonstrated Level 4–5 finish quality under schedule pressure.
Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license.
Safety-conscious; comfortable with ladders/scaffolds/lifts and dust control.
Professional, dependable, and punctual (short-duration gig requires consistency).
Able to complete standard onboarding; site requirements may include background/drug screen.

Nice to Have

Hospital/school TI experience; AWCI standards familiarity.
Texture-matching wizardry; light paint touch-ups.
Bilingual (EN/ES).
